If you are represented by an attorney, contact your lawyer. If you are representing yourself, you will need to file a Motion and Order to Continue that complies with the District Court Rules. Court staff cannot advise you regarding this process, provide forms, or refix your court date over the phone. If the order has not been granted by the Judge, then you will still need to show up for any court dates for which you have received proper notice.
